Diet program: 3 kg in 3 days
Diet program for losing weight 3 kg in 3 daysI got this program from Thai friend so I translate it to English for someone who wants to know it.
Day 1
Breakfast….. Black coffee or tea with sugar and cream + toast + baked bean 120 g + an orange
Lunch….. A cup of black coffee or tea + toast + Tuna 120 g
Dinner….. Streamed legume (bean) 120 g + boiled carrot 120 g + chicken ham + a cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 2
Breakfast….. Black coffee or tea with sugar and cream + toast + boiled egg + banana
Lunch….. 5@salty cracker + low fat cheese or plain yogurts
Dinner….. Boiled Broccoli and carrot 120 g each + chicken ham + banana + a cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 3
Breakfast….. Black coffee or tea with sugar and cream + 5@salty cracker + low fat cheese or plain yogurts + an apple
Lunch….. Black coffee or tea with sugar and cream + toast + boiled egg
Dinner….. Boiled carrot and legume 120 g each + tuna 120 g + watermelon + a cup of vanilla ice cream
After you strictly passed through this program, you will approximately lose weight for at least 3 kg. However, I would recommend you to have enough exercise as well. Enjoy !!!
